Trump's Tune.
There's a hauntingly beautiful irony in these morons thinking that carefully crafted American hegemony was actually weak and woke, and they would be the ones who would do Power and Dominance properly, and immediately bringing everything crashing down
Nice job, Donald.
Because Trump knows nothing of the world, and refuses to be told anything, he has no idea what he's dealing with, not Iran's leadership, not its military, not its people.
WASHINGTON-Before the U.S. went to war, Gen. Dan Caine, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, told President Trump that an American attack could prompt Iran to close the Strait of Hormuz. Caine said in several briefings that U.S. officials had long believed Iran would deploy mines, drones and missiles to close the world's most vital shipping lane, according to people with knowledge of the discussions. Trump acknowledged the risk, these people said, but moved forward with the most consequential foreign-policy decision of his two presidencies. He told his team that Tehran would likely capitulate before closing the strait-and even if Iran tried, the U.S. military could handle it. Now, two weeks into the war, Iran's leaders have refused to back down, and the Strait of Hormuz has emerged as Tehran's most potent leverage point.
How Trump alone got the US - and the world - into a crisis in the Middle East. From the WSJ.
Map of the ME showing the two straits
Yemenβs Houthis have announced theyβll be joining the war in support of Iran shortly. Analysts expect them to shut down another strait, Bab El-Mandeb, which will close the Suez Canal. The global economy hangs by a thread.
Iran now imposes a crushing cost on Washington; either keep the war going and suffer an unprecedented economic crisis and keep losing American lives⦠Or Washington must face its Suez moment and withdraw from the region, which would be the death knell for US hegemony.
Where Trump's little brain and impulses have taken the US.
Although official statements from Mark Carney are frequently published of late on the PMO website, I have a feeling he is not going to acknowledge that today is al-Quds Day, marked by many in Canada and worldwide.
Olympic hurdler in the making
Political posturing with no legal basis. Who in fact are the ones demonstrating hate here while attributing it to others?
The self-claimed history buff's resignation letter falsely attributes a quote to Winston Churchill.
Like a drunk in a bar.
This is a good lesson for journalists: Use plain language to state true things clearly.
Iβm taking the Senatorβs word over Carneyβs. #cdnpoli
Canada same, except it's a constitutional monarchy. In 2026, imagine that.
They believe they have the right to rape.
Right.
To.
Rape.
While Trump and Hegseth are blustering and lying, proving themselves complete idiots to anyone who had any doubt...
(1) The accused declared, ordered, or otherwise indicated that there shall be no survivors or surrender accepted; (2) The accused thereby intended to threaten an adversary or to conduct hostilities such that there would be no survivors or surrender accepted; (3) It was foreseeable that circumstances would be such that a practicable and reasonable ability to accept surrender would exist; (4) The accused was in a position of effective command or control over the subordinate forces to which the declaration or order was directed; and (5) The conduct took place in the context of and was associated with hostilities.

Denial of quarterβeven the declaration of no quarterβis a war crime.
And recognized as such by the US Government.

HOLY SHIT.
A dark money group, hidden behind a bunch of shell companies, is paying influencers thousands of dollars PER POST to attack @katmabu.bsky.social on social media a month before her election.
Thank you to the people who declined the money and went forward with this. So who's behind this?

the US operation in Iran
The killing of schoolchildren should shock our conscience and cause us to recoil in horror. A nation whose leaders can so easily shrug off the death of children, no matter the cause, is in need of moral repair. There must be accountability and lessons learned from this tragedy. And we must never forget that Iranian children, too, are children of God. 7:08 PM Β· Mar 12, 2026 Β· 7,179 Views
Shouldn't be rare to see this said by a US senator
