kai’s attempted positivity : day 1
- started + finished a creative project that fulfilled & relaxed me
- was able to spend the day listening to music that i love
- my back and knee pain wasn’t as bad
- didn’t spend my day stressing out
if some things don’t make sense…welp. i haven’t slept 🙂↕️
turns out the post i had written up last night, didn’t actually post 😾😾 gonna have it up in the next hour or so and make sure of it, can’t fail already when i haven’t even done day 1 😭
