A screenshot of the PECO outage tracker mobile website indicating that the outage tracker is unavailable
Power's out at our house because a tree fell on some power lines in the neighborhood. Went to the PECO site to check the status of the outage and couldn't because the outage tracker is currently having an outage. Hilarious.

Looking down on a dark colored cat lying on a dark colored carpet in the middle of the stairs, nearly hidden. A large white Great Pyrenees dog looking at the cat, confused.

A fully reassembled clothes dryer with the door open
A clothes dryer in the background with an appliance repair instruction book in front of it
Repair quotes for parts and labor were close to $700. Found a like-new drum on eBay from a dryer with electrical damage for $265 shipped. Some research on YouTube and a Time Life Fix-It-Yourself book that's as old as I am, got the drum replaced in a couple hours. #RepairNotReplace #DIY
A partially disassembled clothes dryer in a basement
The drum from a clothes dryer with a crack in it
Today's Adventures in Homeownershipβ’: dryer drum cracked and started catching on clothes. Naturally the dryer is out of warranty so can't get a warranty covered repair

A wooden slat on a table with brass screws in it
A row of wooden slats on a workbench in the sunlight
I don't think there's a single type of wood that Danish Oil, buffed on wax finish, and brass hardware couldn't make look good #woodworking

Two dogs on leashes walking on a sidewalk surrounded by grass covered in fallen leaves. To the right is the street and ahead is an intersection. The dog on the left is a Great Pyrenees, the dog on the right is a shepherd/retriever mix. The scene is lit by the morning sun
So anyway here's some dogs
What do people post about? Is this microblogging? Should I just post pictures of my dogs?
I don't remember signing up for this account, but I'm remembering that it exists. Seems like more of the nonsense that I enjoyed seeing in my feed on the other thing is showing up here making it a viable source of time wasting
github.com/fishttp/awes... there's a few options. Also the API is open so you could theoretically roll your own? Not that anybody's got time for that haha
