Oh, yes. I just came from working at multiple jobs with first time business owners who made sweeping changes on a whim based on some new business principle they read about... disregarding whether it actually fit into THEIR business.
I've had a lot of "Boss is the Hand of God" moments. Where you were taught one thing BY the boss, but they suddenly change it, look at you like you're a moron because "that's how we've always done it" and now we're doing it totally differently. O-kay 🙄
"You were trained for this job, and you've been doing it for a long time. But let me get in there for moment" *elbows you out of the way* "There you go" **CHAOS** "Wow. Looks like you need to get a handle on things. I thought you knew what you were doing. I'm leaving. Fix that before you go home."
Basically every day that the boss didn't make it in to the workplace of every job I've ever held.
