I mean I started ballet hella late too, but it’s doable, but also not on ice, and I’m wondering if learning both at the same time would be bad or too stressful with my schedule.

Not to say the journey is over or I couldn’t do better. I’ll just keep finding my way and work on myself time and again. But I think today is a day where I can look back on as a great turning point for how to approach mental health in a healthy, holistic, and honest way and come out better.

This has been a very hard week and a half. Thankfully even when things have been hard I’ve been able to push myself to introspection, and find a way through the hard stuff.

I know it’s always a process, but I feel like I’ve found a level of happy I didn’t think I could attain or deserve.

And I’m trying to make excuses and money to go back. Still want to hit up Osaka, Kyoto, Sapporo, probably a dozen other smaller areas that would be sick to visit.

Yeah. It’s consistently in Tokyo now but in 2019 it was in Fukuoka.

Make a big vacay about it! Tokyo is great but it’s fun everywhere. Fukuoka had a whole bridge where they set up ramen stalls nightly, and it was the best ramen I’ve ever had.

Worth it even once. Did the Fukuoka and loved the vibe.
