I do remember when Taobao first became easy to get (well, relatively) and it opened up a whole new world of wigs circa 2010

Amphigory was one of the first places you could easily get a skin top wig. This cosplay is from around 2010 when your best bet was either Cosworx or Amphigory.

RIP AMPHIGORY… I switched to ordering heat resistant wigs from overseas (Cyperous…) way earlier than most other cosplayers (2006!) but I still mourn some of the natural colors from Amphigory that modern heat resist wigs have no true match for.

An inside out she'll of a black spandex teddy without the bra cups sewn in, so there is fabric for the whole body except the breasts

I like lining my spandex pieces when I can because it helps hides things like tights seams. This will be black so it being see through isn't a problem, but on light colors it can be.

Tbh they're pretty synonymous

I'm using teddy specifically to connote that it's a lingerie styled piece in terms of the popular idea of lingerie (sexy, delicate stuff) rather than being a more functional piece
