Did you know BWSC’s wastewater water collection system is over 1,500 linear miles and one of our biggest ongoing projects is only for 3 miles? The sewer separation involves installing new storm drains to carry stormwater and using the existing combined sewer to carry sewage only. #EngineeringWeek

BWSC crews are responding to a water main break Quincy at Perth Sts Rox. Main is down, 26 properties affected, including a large apartment bldg. whose main address is 278 Blue Hill Ave. Dig crew on site, excavation to start shortly. Stay tuned for updates.
