How do you like it so far, I've never tried it

Autodesk sketchbook has a pretty barebones flipbook feature that has worked fine for me. You can still get it for free on archive I think. And the program runs perfectly fine on older hardware, unlike photoshop. I don't think there's a simple way to layer animations though.
