We've been building stream tables and flumes since 2008, and are excited to offer this new tool for teaching open-channel hydraulics and sediment transport.

Oceanside High School Castleton creates outdoor learning space from vacant arboretum There are tanks which will hold koi fish, crayfish and turtles. There is also a large screen for learning and there is Wi-Fi.

What a great project! And for the record, Emriver is definitely Team Orca 😉🐋 We hope this excellent education space inspires coming generations of outdoor resource stewards!

World premiere of our Emflume1.5 at 13th Symposium on River, Coastal, and Estuarine Morphodynamics RCEM 2023 at U of I! Rafael Tinoco got an Em4 last summer for the Gary Parker Morphodynamics Lab there, and has been putting it to great use with his students. 🌊
