When I can, linear(thin). When I can't, curvilinear.Transverse > oblique > parasagittal > OOP > USS assisted (marking TP then LOR) > no USS in order of preference. Suspect that most of mine are PSO curvilinear or assisted in the tricky patients. In a perfect world, they'd mostly be transverse linear
