måbødalen, western norway. on the left is vøringsfossen, a popular tourist attraction that would have looked a lot better if the river weren't dammed. it's still a ridiculously picturesque location where two waterfalls meet at the bottom of a steep-walled valley and wind towards the horizon. in the far background are mountains with some remaining patches of snow, shaded blue by haze and distance giving a postcard-y feel. above is a mix of blue sky and clouds partly illuminated by the sun
