I know it's a global issue I just think that it's especially prevelant in america because I've seen so much complaining about the energy bills being high and not enough people knowing why it's high.

The answer is AI data centers. If you live close to at least one like I do, that's why.

We should all sue AI data center companies for consumption of resources, and other irriversable damage it's caused including pushing the responsibility of electrical utility payments to the common american citizen.

Our electric bill will never be the same because of the data centers in the city.
