It's been okay a big adjustment.

Topped with Parmesan and lemon zest, and a squeeze of lemon juice.

Side of garlic sourdough flatbread.
Added some unflavored protein powder to the sauce.
Too bad I'll only be able to eat a little.Yay leftovers

Got my haircut today and I was actually able to sit comfortably in the barber chair and even place my feet on the platform\foot rest instead of sitting uncomfortable and my feet in the floor holding myself up while my stylist cuts my hair.
