Imagine if they’d given you another Kia/Hyundai and while you had it the ICCU failed.

I could easily back the bonds and do the compliance work and even a lot of the software.

But there’d still be KYC stuff, you’d have to fund with ACH or wires, and even running as a not-for-profit there’d be fees per transaction to interface with banks.

Nobody would use it, right?

Agent writing lame tests that sound convincing but test tautologies? Spawn red team and blue team adversarial agents trying to outsmart each other.

Code review lame? Have two or more agents critique each other‘s PR reviews.

All of this while incinerating tokens ($$$).

I prefer to live under a rock but every now and then I’ll peek out.

Lately I’ve been testing the current batch of “AI” coding tools and agents. And according to online resources the solution to every shortcoming is just to add more of them.

My latest problem is it interfering with using my Yubikey for passkeys. First 1Password wants in, then my browser, then my OS, and then if I cancel and click just the right obscure options, maybe I'll be allowed to use my hardware token.

Sometimes things have to get worse before they get better...

Funny enough, this is the first Lesser Than Three strip to be inspired by a dream! My dream ended in a similar manner but instead of screaming I laughed when I woke up because it was *such* an Eli dream.

Do they also prohibit washing your own hands and insist "Employee must wash hands" instead?

I got to sit in a Lambo. It went great. Here’s an illustration:

I'm fully nuts though. I have separate OS installs with unique FDE for games, development, and banking/tax/(email, domain, cloud) admin. Each with their own independent 1Password accounts with minimal shared vaults.

I'm not proud, just laying bare my neuroses 🤷‍♂️

Yeah, they've made a lot of changes and I need to reevaluate if they're still the best choice for me. At least there's no untrusted 3rd party input.

I'm probably overly paranoid but see people getting their credentials slurped and all their social accounts compromised pretty regularly.
