The SVR Spring Steam Gala is over for me now so here are my 4 favourite photos from the event.

I did it again (and again on Sunday after a weekend in Scotland)

Nice day out on the SVR today hopefully the weather will be the same if not better tomorrow.

Avanti and Northern came to Bescot today. Don’t have a photo of the 323 however so have 68007 66754 instead.

Switched website hosts and revamped the website, now means I need to redo the handle on Bluesky again. Only just got in bed as well when I realised.

Todays photo while again not some of my best work but this was all about showing photos I havent shown before, one of my favourite steam locos at the SVR, while it was looking a bit aged at its last gala, still one of my favourites.

Todays photo is of a now common sight at Tame Bridge Parkway, a WMR 196 which began stopping here in the Summer in preparation for Darlaston Station (at least to the best of my knowledge). It’s nearly Christmas all! (More importantly my birthday though)

Went there a few months ago to see some rail tour, two 47s, nice station to sit at for an hour and a bit.
