Should also post some from the Diesel Gala too.
Should also post some from the Diesel Gala too.
Thank you, didn't get up to Bridgnorth myself and I'm glad you enjoyed it too. Heard the usual grumblings about the DMU at a steam event but personally liked it.

The SVR Spring Steam Gala is over for me now so here are my 4 favourite photos from the event.
I did it again (and again on Sunday after a weekend in Scotland)
Nice day out on the SVR today hopefully the weather will be the same if not better tomorrow.
Avanti and Northern came to Bescot today. Donβt have a photo of the 323 however so have 68007 66754 instead.
Switched website hosts and revamped the website, now means I need to redo the handle on Bluesky again. Only just got in bed as well when I realised.
Nice impromptu day out.
RTV at the right time is a nice station to sit at for a few hours.
Weight off my shoulders, just got an offer from the Uni I want to go to with fully achievable grades. Can finally go train spotting in peace now!
View from a WMR 730 (itβs fine I really donβt mind it I can see outside perfectly fine just found it funny).
Currently on 13268, 1450/7718 was full standing room only, I think this one is filling up too.
Happy new year all. As always I will probably spend new years sitting and watching toy trains go in circles.
I have spent my 18th birthday today playing with toy trains and darts with my grandparents. Wouldnβt have it any other way.
Todays photo is a now common sight at Birmingham New Street, I remember seeing a New St full of 350s only a few months ago.
An Ivatt Class 4 at Bridgnorth Station, undergoing maintanence work.
Todays photo while again not some of my best work but this was all about showing photos I havent shown before, one of my favourite steam locos at the SVR, while it was looking a bit aged at its last gala, still one of my favourites.
A Sunny morning as sun rays break through a tree to illuminate stairs at the end of an overgrown path that is fenced off either side.
Todays photo comes from a sunny morning walking up to the motorway bridge near Bescot Stadium, very sketchy, almost slipped here a few times. Only 3 more days!
A WMR 196 leaving Tame Bridge Parkeay while preparing to go under an old canal viaduct.
Todays photo is of a now common sight at Tame Bridge Parkway, a WMR 196 which began stopping here in the Summer in preparation for Darlaston Station (at least to the best of my knowledge). Itβs nearly Christmas all! (More importantly my birthday though)
Went there a few months ago to see some rail tour, two 47s, nice station to sit at for an hour and a bit.
A tram sitting against the night sky waiting to go back down the line and cross tracks with another tram waiting to do the same.
Todayβs photo is quite a different one, while not some of my best work and on mobile I thought it would be a nice bit of variety. During issues with the road section in Wolverhampton WMM Trams turnaround at Priestfield, here is an example of that
Todayβs photo is a TPE IET from my trip up north back in November.
A Class 350 at a platform waiting to leave.
Good morning all, very windy one, hereβs 350 124 at Rugeley Trent Valley on its way to London.
Todayβs photo comes from a Mk1 carriage being pulled by 45596 Bahamas at the SVR Autumn steam gala.
A Class 730 on a passing service.
Two Class 66 locomotives pulling a Rail Head Treatment Train.
A Class 350/2, 350 237 on a service to Liverpool.
Two Class 730s passing each other.
Nice day out today, so many 730s now in the West Midlands.
Todayβs photo is of 350 372 covered in snow at Bescot Stadium in that Mid November snow.
An 8 Car 350/2 service, 350 234 leading in LNWR colours but LM design, and 350 238 trailing in LM colours and Design on the slow line at Rugeley Trent Valley.
Well I havenβt posted one yet, so todayβs photo is a 350/2 still in LM at Rugeley Trent Valley, in fact this was the last time I saw 350 238 before it went off to storage.
A Class 390 at Wolverhampton Station.
Was having a decent week. Then I remember the Wolves play at home today. Hereβs todays train.
The LNER A3 Flying Scotsman at Locomotion Shildon.
Todayβs photo is a very special one for me, The Scotsman. Itβs Friday!
A Class 66 (Shed) at a snowy station
Todayβs photo is of a shed in the snow. Not long til Christmas now all one more week of work.
A Grand Central train at Northallerton.
Todayβs photo comes at a very late hour as I cannot sleep, here is a Grand Central service from Sunderland (I think?) to London at Northallerton. This was on the same day I saw the Flying Scotsman.
