Went to The Hole again to look for the black redstart. Saw a little bird perched on one of the posts, got my hopes up that today was the day. Got the bins out. Nope. It’s a rock pipit.
I think I am cursed never to see the redstart. Did see redshank, sandpiper, curlew, oystercatcher etc #AvonBirds

I’m pretty sure gabapentin helps with my anxiety by taking the edge off things. They work in similar ways I think. The combination of gabapentin, amytriptyline and sertraline keeps me a lot more level than I used to be. I don’t want to imagine life without them!

My hand pain is pretty bad so I have to ration out how much I draw. Thankfully drawing on my phone means it’s always with me and I can do ten minutes here and there.

It’s trial for using pregabalin to treat anxiety. I’m already taking 3000mg of gabapentin a day and I’m pretty sure you can’t take both.

Also, I tried pregabalin and it broke my brain, so I don’t think it will help my anxiety.

So my GP has suggested some drug trial for anxiety but I’m not going to be eligible so I don’t know why they’ve sent it to me.

I wouldn’t want to be conducting drug trials for any mental health stuff during these times though! Everyone is anxious!

I would really like to be able to look at birds for a couple of hours without it making me feel so very ill :(

I feel like my health has declined over the last six months and I’m hoping that it’s just the weather/light and spring will improve it. I’m scared it won’t though :(

I don’t know how they manage to find the same people every year. That’s the most fun of the first episode of each series, working out who is who :D

Got upset by irresponsible dog owners letting their dogs swim in the rhynes, terrifying the water rail and other birds. I really wish they had to be kept on leads :(
