Mr. Sato, thank you for your incredible contributions to the world of gaming. Your legacy will live on. Rest in peace ποΈ
It's devastating to lose someone you fought so hard for. I never gave up hope, but in the end, it just doesn't feel fair. RIP my little fellow. πΎππ
My first console was the 7800 and I even had the Jaguar back then (okay also everything else that SEGA, Nintendo and Commodore had to offer at the time π€). Definitely Team Atari! β€οΈ
I finally saw Tron 3: Ares. Man, how could I have let all the negativity get to me?! This film is an absolute masterpiece and a love letter to its two predecessors. I'm sorry I didn't trust this sequel, even though I love the franchise so much... #Tron #Ares #Movie #Disney
We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of David Rosen, one of the founders of SEGA, and a true pioneer in the video game industry. SEGA would like to offer its condolences to the family, friends and acquaintances of Mr. Rosen, and we will always remember his contributions to our company.
Mr. Rosen, thank you for your inspiring work and for shaping the childhoods of so many. Your legacy lives on.
"Thanks for making 2025 such an amazing year" is written out word-by-word over images of Sonic, Tails, Shadow, Cream, Metal Sonic, Silver, Amy Rose and Blaze. In the center, "Not you" is written in Red text over an image of Zazz.
Zazz knows what he did.
We hope you have an amazing 2026! π
What an amazing year. Thank you, everyone! β₯οΈ

Back when the game came out, I lived in a small valley and it had snowed heavily; there was thick fog everywhere, and it felt unreal, almost like being in the game. Great times!
Happy Holidays from all of us at SEGA! π

Looks like Bubsy is enjoying some time with his ghosts of Christmas past. π€
Nice drawing - he's one of my favorite video game characters! πΈ

The iconic logo and that fantastic cover - Psygnosis were simply amazing back then!

Since I was curious, here it is for anyone who also didn't know: Nitro is a top-down perspective racing game for the Amiga and Atari ST. It was developed by Psygnosis.
A portable video game system - nice!
I had these two, but I mostly used the Atari 7800 controller on the C64.π
Argonaut, having collaborated with Nintendo on the Super FX chip and Star Fox, showcased a tech demo for a 3D Yoshi game in the mid-90s. Nintendo declined, ending the partnership. Argonaut then transformed the concept into "Croc: Legend of the Gobbos".
People claim there's a third #Tron #Movie ( #Ares ) - that remains to be seen.
I had just gotten my hands on a 32X at the time and was a bit confused when the Saturn came out so quickly. As a Sega fan, I bought it anyway, including Daytona USA and Robotica and later Sega Rally, Shinobi X, and Virtua Fighter Remix. Great times.
Back then, I played with that built-in PC speaker crap - the game experience might be a little better these days... π
I played through MI 1&2 about 35 years ago on a black and white monitor. Maybe I should finally play them in color? π€
