Good question. I’m not sure. The physical version I have is the Martinis and Medicine DVD set. Which does give you the option to turn off the LT. But it was released before they scanned the negatives.
It even aired in the UK originally without the laugh track! It feels much more contemporary without it. Especially in the later seasons. Feels bizarre to watch it with it on now.

It’s a little absurd that there isn’t a physical media release of the M*A*S*H tv series that uses the HD scans of the negatives AND gives you the option to turn off the laugh track.
Anyways… still one of my favorite shows of all time. Even if I have to watch it in 480p to avoid the canned laughs 😭
