Sure but this model didn't say slightly below average. It says not NHL caliber for almost 20 years. Those are very different levels I would think.
I have to ask - doesn't this indicate that your model is missing certain factors/metrics?
The guy played first-pair minutes for years and his longevity would indicate that NHL management disagrees with your model.

Is there a chance they attack the definition of "residing" instead of the definition of person? I could see them making an argument that "illegals" are not resident in the state but rather are occupiers or invaders - I don't know if there's any grounds for it though.

Interesting study from Germany on e-bikes and the modes they replace:
"43.1% of electric bicycle trips and 63.2% of electric bicycle mileage would have been undertaken using a car if no e-bike had been available, highlighting their substantial potential to reduce transport-related CO2 emissions"
4. Bikes should have priority. No unneeded stop signs for cyclists since cars are the threat on the roads.
5. Bike detectors that keep cyclists flowing would improve the experience.
6. Proactive enforcement to ensure that cars parked in the bike lane are removed quickly would help.
We have some thoughts:
1. Bike lanes aren't protected if cars have to pass through them to park.
2. Bike lanes are useless in the winter if they are not cleared quickly, and kept clear.
3. Transition points should be cargo bike friendly: no huge bumps, no tight turns.
Jaysus. 2025 currently ranks as the FOURTH worst year for Wildfire Burn Area in Canada, but it's mid-July.
It will most likely end up as the SECOND worst season in the CIFFC's record.
