Völlig falscher Vergleich. Ihr vermischt hier militärische Nutzungen mit völkerrechtlichen Fragen.

Ramstein war und ist immer Deutsches Gebiet. Ein Angriff dort natürlich ein Angriff auf DE.

Die Gebiete dort auf Zypern waren seit 1960 nie zypriotisch / EU Gebiet. Das ist alles.

Die können sie gerne haben, das ändert doch aber nix daran, dass beide britischen Basen nicht Teil der EU sind (und es auch in der Vergangenheit nie waren).

Was gibts da zu diskutieren?
Die britischen Überseegebiete auf Zypern verblieben nach der Unabhängigkeit 1960 unter alleiniger Souveränität Großbritanniens. Selbst als das UK noch Teil der EU war, waren diese Stützpunkte (anders als Gibraltar) von den Verträgen ausgenommen und de jure nie EU-Gebiet.
