Beautiful calming piece.
What is paper reserve?
That glazing is incredible👆🏻
Love these. Thank you for some inspiration.
Painted on. Beginners luck and a deadline so not having time to be a perfectionist. 🙂
Glazed vase I posted a couple weeks ago to #20pots … Whew, a simple but multi-tone glaze like Lynette’s Opal really accentuated that bud shaped rim.

Two raku incense holders. 2nd one was burnished Terra Sig and then smoked to black.

Black Eclipse clay … rough texture that encouraged those beautiful speckles.

This mini is about 1” tall … tiny tiny bit of happiness. Now has a single bud beautifully shining on a dear friend in hospice.

Underglaze shading and clear crackle raku glaze over top. Naked stems.
This is so beautiful and calming …. I can see why it is your most popular mug.
Can you please add me to this starter pack? Thanks!

Had some fun playing with Raku fruit. Definitely outside my comfort zone. BTW only 3 of them are made of clay.

Posting 20 days of pottery both past and present.
Day 1 is a vase made recently. It was a ‘happy accident’ where the clay was soft and started to twist. The rim is a lovely flower supported by a thin stem.
Love pottery… everything about it especially the people. But glazing? Not so much.

Choose 20 pots or ceramic pieces you’ve made. Share one piece per day for 20 days, no particular order.
I need to take photos of more recent pots! but I’ll start with more “historic” pots, they were quite small,
