Well, I tried it before. It didn't work. VPNs are being blocked in Russia, it's hard to find a working one.
On PC I use Zapret, it's similar to VPN. On my phone I use Octohide, I know what using free VPNs is not safe, but it's the only one what works so far.
I use Tp-Link router.
My IPSs are Beeline, MTS and Dom ru.
Can't use Bluesky without VPN on all devices now. And it only affects this account. I might have to make a new one. The support didn't help at all.

BLANKSWORD as it is right now, is fantastic. however, they are fairly close to hitting their next stretch goal, which would involve an area made by Mortis Ghost. BLANKSWORD is incredibly strong and stands on its own and then some, but thats Mortis fucking Ghost. go play the demo, back it if you can
Made it even better. Now instead of rendering player 2 times(depth and final color) it renders background at half a resolution and overlays player on top through depth pass.
I just need to figure out how to make render target unfiltered so I could add dither effect.

There’s a free application, shutup10++, that lets you disable all the shitty windows stuff with a series of checkboxes.
It even tracks if windows rolls anything back between updates and lets you reverse the changes with a click.
I can personally recommend shutup10++ if you need to stick with windows
