At #phpuk25 @naderman is making an excellent point that people that write articles and posts about cool new #PHP features and projects shouldn't be using headlines like "PHP is not dead", because most people will just remember "PHP" and "Dead".

Someone Made a Dataset of One Million Bluesky Posts for 'Machine Learning Research' A Hugging Face employee made a huge dataset of Bluesky posts, and it’s already very popular.

“Hugging face” sounds like a forceful, nonconsensual hug, if you ask me, just like the nonconsensual use of posts as LLM training data.

Just like hugs, using your content to train an LLM should require consent.
