I'm an IT reader (we even have a weekend print edition subscription!) but the coverage of her campaign by that paper has been nuts. You might be right about the 'most' though.

Agree that all politicians should be subject to scrutiny on spending but there is something very imbalanced in the frequent and negative reporting about Catherine Connolly by the Irish Times. This is the second post on this subject in 6 hours.
It is great to see an article from the @irishtimes.com where they aren't trying to misrepresent a Catherine Connolly story. Míle buíochas @patrickfreyne.bsky.social !
What kind of a headline is this? You could just as equally write: "Catherine Connolly did everything a practicing barrister would be expected to do under their Code of Practice". Shockingly biased reporting.
And she didn't in fact break the rules. Absolutely appalling statements and reporting.
We owe an enormous debt of gratitude to Micheline Sheehy Skeffington and the 'five' who so courageously pursued their equality claims against @universityofgalway.bsky.social Hard to believe this was 10 years ago! www.irishtimes.com/ireland/educ...
