Illustration of an ocean sunfish floating at the surface of a sparkling blue ocean with a bite of its head missing and two seagulls. Text says βIβm thriving.β
Iβm not weird and stupid, Iβm just specially adapted to a niche u dont understand πββοΈπ
inspired by the recent Hank Green video about the ocean sunfish ! Itβs nice to see someone be nice to the sunfish lol
Illustration of a sunfish (also known as a Mola Mola) floating above an aerial view of some farm lands. A plane flies next to the fish, really putting into perspective of just how large the sunfish really is.
I think that if sunfish could, the would be sunbathing in the sky βοΈ

RIP Big Chongus β‘
My favourite big boy Chongus passed last week so I made this art to remember him. He was one of my OG isopods that I've had since the beginning. I'll definitely miss seeing him around the tank β‘

Digital artwork of a dragon head caterpillar (Polyura schreiber) with the many dots on its horned head and chubby body rendered to resemble little stars, a few actually being tiny four-pointed stars. Above its head a partially eclipsed moon is framed between its inner horns, and large four-pointed stars rest on the center of its upper head and hang on either side of its head between its outer horns. More stylized rays and stars radiate out into the edges of the image, rich textured gold against a dark blue framing the green bug's body. The caterpillar is outlined in metallic gold and has fairly realistic face details and feet. Art by Moth Monarch.

This art features 100 bees of various colors and shapes. These bees are designed in a cartoonish style, based on real species. The common name or species is written below the animals. Some bees are moving leaves, scraping plant hair, or sticking out their tongues. Some male bees have hairy faces and unusually shaped legs. There are also baby bees that have just hatched from their petal nests. Cute and colorful atmosphere. There are over 20,000 species of bees, so I only depicted a very small fraction of them!

A spectacular woodlouse with spikes all along its back clings to a piece of wood.
If there were ever a βnatureβs best pin-cushion mimicβ contest, this pill woodlouse (Calmanesia erinaceus) would surely be among the top contenders.Β

Thank you for the chance! These look incredible!
A crow kicks a small ball of snow. They then start rolling it into a larger ball while saying "trust the process...". They kick more snow into a pile and stick a branch in repeating "trust the process" to itself. They place small stones. They say "Phew!" and stand back to look at its creation, which we see now is a mess of a project that looks somewhat like a melted bird. The final panel the crow says "haha it's terrible".
Finished is better than terrible #oldknees
