The absolute worst of humanity is being normalized by the people “in charge” 😣
Oof, I’m glad you put them in their place
We should all aspire to be more gay. 😘
Who doesn’t love a good medieval torture device pun 😆
That’s the only acceptable usage
A couple people I generally respect casually dropped the r-slur in conversation recently and it was honestly jarring. Similar feeling when people use “gay” as a negative adjective.
If that makes me a ❄️, so be it. Signs of society regressing.
It never gets old, man. 😆
Layers all the way. Stay healthy!
That’s about right 😆
Best job if you don’t get bored! 😆 where I grew up in Oklahoma the weather fluctuations were crazy, and I heard it attracted some of the best meteorologists because it was unpredictable
75° in mid-March and I’m out here in a short-sleeve shirt. No jacket.
But I refuse to be fooled into putting the winter coats away.
I’ve lived through too many fake springs. Can’t get us this time, Weather. 😏
Because the people who make these decisions hate us all. 😩
You should! I’m sure you and kiddo would enjoy it 😊
Neighborhood crew went to see Hoppers yesterday. Completely unhinged premise, somehow works, and we were thoroughly entertained.
One critic called it the best original Pixar film since Inside Out.
I’m not ready to go that far. Elemental still holds that distinction for me. 🎬🍿
Image with cartoon drawings of diverse group of women with the words “thankful for all the supportive funny Loving & damn right magical women in my life
#InternationalWomensDay didn’t even realize this was a thing until I lived abroad. That’s how effectively it’s minimized in the U.S. Patriarchy alive and well. 😒
Anyhow, love all the magical women in my life. Let’s lift one another and rise up together 💪
Gah… I cannot hear that melody without tearing up. It’s Pavlovian
All true. Enjoy this magical time.
Growing up on the prairie, of course. As all us ancient people did.
My daughter was demonstrating how she adjusts her umbrella depending on which way the rain is blowing.
Dad: “That sounds like something your mom would do.”
Me: “And [son] holds his umbrella just like you!”
Our 10-year-old took that personally and I had to walk it back. 😅
Oh man, that had to have been traumatizing for those kids… why couldn’t they wait till the mouse’s shift was finished 😅
“You pushed the button last time so remember this time it’s her turn” — never realized how often I would be saying these words while waiting for an elevator with my kids
My son has been annoyed by how slowly his little sister walks to school (he’s a stickler for being on time), so he started inviting her to play tag on the way to drop-off.
We’ve been arriving 10 minutes early ever since.
Our 10-year old has officially out-parented us. #proudparent
Glad it’s nothing too serious!
I feel like I’m being rewarded for finishing Throne of Glass series and Crescent City series.
Christmas comes early in October (and again in January!!) for ACOTAR fans 🥰
Kind smile generous SELF LOVE IS SWEET smart eyes
SEL (Social Emotional Learning) moment from my kid’s school: an art project that says “Self Love Is Sweet.”
My husband and I were saying we didn’t even hear about the concept of self-love until we were well into adulthood.
The kids are gonna be all right. 💛
This sounds like really #goodnews for cancer treatment, or the start of a zombie apocalypse
I got excited about the babysitting co-ops for half a second and then clicked through to see if one existed in my neighborhood, and looks like there were two that never really got off the ground!
At this point though my kids are nearing the age where they probably won’t need sitters anymore.
This must be the golden rule of pranking
