This speech is the equivalent of his staff sending out 150 truth social posts in an hour to scramble everyone with too much information.

And so none of that will happen. Lip service that will be out of the news cycle in 5 hours.

Also 7 US service members are dead which has destroyed families but he won't think about them for more than 60 seconds.
