New PB in Quickie 2. A sloppy Sawrfing ruins just RUINED the run for 99th place, adding 30 seconds on top of the sloppy split from the other PB I had tonight. It's the nerves that get me, every time I'm near the end.
Starting to remember what made me stop speedrunning. Got a huge new PB of 31:06 for quickie world 2 100%. But subsequent runs I would build up huge time saves, then throw it away on levels I am usually great at playing. I had a 27:xx pace that was thrown in world 3 😭 page 1 eludes me again #smwkaizo

There are certain circumstances where we may accept applications outside of these criteria. Some instances may include exceptional viewership growth, or an established audience on other platforms. Completing the Path to Partner achievement in your Dashboard will unlock a button to apply for Partnership. Please note that applying does not guarantee Partnership.

Tried to make tonight productive. Created and tested an autosplit config for #SMWKaizo romhack Tower of Keys for a friend to use for speedruns. I also updated the config for Invictus with a definition on entering the credits.

Timezones! 🤣 It was cleared up and a lot of my sidebar had no category probably around 10 am Eastern time
Not sure if you saw but things are good now. Twitch already had a SMW:SMA2 category, and this morning, the GBA SMW category vanished. People can now select the correct SMW, and the link sends them to the correct page.

Very interesting. Not sure on what the criteria is for Twitch to make it an available category. Tried looking up a few popular titles and they were not available as stream categories. Probably would not work well, as it'll further divide a smallish community.
Well, good news, this morning Twitch dropped category for the GBA version of SMW, and the SNES SMW is pickable again! everyone on my sidebar suddenly had no category 🤣
Well from what I can gather, IGDB is run by Twitch and using that for categories now. There is somebody going around on IGDB and changing game names and getting them accepted, and one of the games they recently changed was the Super Mario advance 2 to be just Super Mario World, and market as bundled
Small update it looks like someone was able to get through to Twitch support and got back a "we're aware of the issue but have no ETA on resolution"🤷♂️
Several people have reached out to IGBD on their discord and through their website submitting and requesting changes, and are being flat-out refused. At this point I have no idea what else to do.
