This is a is a cool combination of a shoot 'em up and a racing game. You can select from eight characters and race while shooting enemies and rivals (they can't die but you can slow them) depending on whether you position yourself at the top or bottom of the screen, you will move faster or slower.
Espeon crouches as they prepare to launch an attack with their brave trainer by their side. it's cool to have a character start out with already leveled pokemon that they clearly have a bond with // Pokemon Colosseum for Nintendo Gamecube, photography on CRT TV
whismur slumps over like a loose bag of cereal
Umbreon is so cool and totally deserved the center stage that they and Espeon got in this game
the cowboys Zigzagoon goes down for the count, but looks adorable doing so
this one hit at just the right time for me, getting a Gamecube a few years later
i loved the added strategy of double battles so i quickly latched on to a game entirely based on that system

This is an adorable RPG that I'm playing right now. It's pleasantly surprised me; aside from the lovely character designs, it's much deeper than it initially appears.
No one seems to care within my circle, but I seem to have discovered something pretty cool π
I knew that beeping sounded *way* too familiar
A picture of the game Baroque, a room with some sort of rusty contraption, pipes going out of it who knows where. It almost looks like a big mechanical heart.
A fish-like creature in the game Baroque.
A NPC in the game Baroque, a man with elongated limbs holding a cubic box.
A strange chimera in the game Baroque, sort of human-insect hybrid.
I played the fan translation of Baroque on PS1 recently, such a weird and cryptic game. Character and creature's design is something, as with the atmosphere of the game.

Demon's Souls on CRT continues, further into the Valley of Defilement.
I love how mundane the circumstances of the Moonlight Great Sword are in this game.
Down in the filth hole, giving warmth to a pod of giant slugs, forgotten to gods and men.
What an inspiration. β₯οΈ
