Autistic Fiction Bundle (April 1st -14th) Itchio Text: This form is for authors to sign up to the Autistic Fiction Bundle, organised by Elise Carlson, to run on Itchio during the first two weeks of Autism Awareness Month (April 1st-14th). Limit of one book per author. Eligibility & Genre: You, the author are autistic At least one character is autistic (AuDHD is fine, as is autistic coded/ presenting, as opposed to explicitly stated to be autistic) All genres welcome. Been struggling to think of a title for the third book in a trilogy I’ve started writing, then sitting on the tube this morning I realised that if I title it a certain way, the first, second, and third instalments combine to make one really meaningful title when combined 🥹

I think for me, half of AuDHD is desperately trying to cope with existing and the other half is constantly trying to find new ways to trick my brain into letting me do the things I actually want to do.

I was trying to make my 2018 MacBook Air last until May but it is VERY sad (runs out of battery in an hour unless it’s plugged in, super slow, generally easy to confuse).

weirdly ‘No one can see me naked in my garden’ is on my list of wants

I did literal maths and mortgage calculations to make my case, y’all.

Me productively spending the afternoon looking for houses in the countryside that cost half the amount our London house and texting my fiancé suggestions about how we can just throw our jobs away and move.

Yeah the thing that amazes me is that I lost what I consider my pictures of me looking as good as I can, and am like WELL id say in real life I look like 70% that good, everyone juices it up a bit right?

Thank you! I’m fussy about the photos I post 🤣 My TMJ affects the eyelid on that side. For a while I used photo editing to make my eyes look equally open 😓 The frontal bossing is worse in certain lights, literally looks like my forehead has slight horn ridges on my skull. Set kind of you though 🥰🥰🥰

Liking my face is a HUGE thing for me. I’ve struggled my whole life with hating how I look. I had bad acne and was bullied for how I looked. I do have a strange shaped head (crooked jaw, droopy eye , frontal bossing on my forehead) but more often than not now I’m not horrified to see myself.

It’s 19oC in London. Wrote 4,200 words of Gay sky pirates today.There was some booty boinking in a bathtub. Everybody clap, I’m going for a long walk then to have some rum.
