I’m not a New Yorker, but it seems that ditching a potential snow day to ensure you’ll meet the 180 day instruction requirement seems a bad trade. Better to have an extra day of school in summer when things are working than one in winter when things might not.

And of course, they still seem to not care that I’m desperately trying to get out of my paralegal position into a proper legal job.
