Thank you for the reports about the low framerate issue related to pet auto-cast abilities in Burning Crusade Classic Anniversary. We’ve identified the issue and we’re preparing a fix for it. Until then, the following workarounds may provide some relief:

If your character was affected by this bug and has completed that quest, please log out and back into WoW. Although we are confident in this fix, we will continue to investigate any cases where Riding has not being granted properly. Thank you for your reports! (2/2)
With a hotfix earlier today in Burning Crusade Classic Anniversary, we corrected the level of Riding skill for boosted characters who did not receive Riding correctly. Upon completing the first boost quest "A New Beginning", boosted characters should now automatically receive Apprentice Riding.(1/2)

We have implemented Horde and Alliance NPCs to BCC Anniversary pre-patch. They offer a repeatable quest to earn bonus Honor for completing battlegrounds. We've also increased the temporary Honor buff.

We’ve reviewed the rate of Honor acquisition in Burning Crusade Classic Anniversary's pre-patch and decided to make adjustments. We’re going to do these changes via hotfix in the next day or so, and until then, we suggest you hold onto your Honor. Thank you for all of your feedback on this.
We're excited by the release of Burning Crusade Classic Anniversary pre-patch and the huge number of players pouring into the realms!

While all Anniversary realms will be down for the full 24 hours, we expect non-Anniversary realms to come back up from maintenance sooner, and MoP Classic realms will see their usual brief weekly maintenance times. (2/2)
Greetings! As a reminder, in preparation for the launch of the Burning Crusade Classic Anniversary pre-patch, we've brought down all non-MoP Classic realms for maintenance, starting with NA realms. This includes all Anniversary, Classic Era, Hardcore, and Season of Discovery realms. (1/x)
This will include Honor gained in the current week, which ends when we take realms offline early next week to begin deploying the Burning Crusade Anniversary pre-patch.

With Burning Crusade Classic Anniversary on the (close) horizon, characters' current Honor Ranks in WoW Classic Anniversary will be their final ranks.
In addition, we're excited to announce that with the start of Burning Crusade's pre-patch, we're doubling Honor gains for the length of pre-patch.
In preparation for next week's Burning Crusade Classic Anniversary Edition pre-patch launch, we are planning extended maintenance starting early next week. Free character transfers will also close with the start of maintenance.

Burning Crusade Classic Anniversary Edition launches on February 5
PvP Arena Season 1 begins with weekly resets starting February 17. Raids launch worldwide on February 19 at 3pm PST.
Blood Elves and Draenei will be boostable starting with Pre-Patch next week.

Yesterday, the Classic Hardcore realm Doomhowl in North America was impacted by a malicious DDoS attack, resulting in the deaths of some player-characters. Today, we’ve restored the dead player-characters who were lost during the DDoS timeframe and remained on the Doomhowl realm. Thank you!
We’ll open the initial Burning Crusade Classic raids for PTR testing again on Friday, December 19 at 12:00 p.m. (Noon) PST. Please join us to check out Karazhan, Gruul, & Magtheridon, until they close on Monday. Thank you for testing alongside us!

Similarly, we've extended our Throne of Thunder raid testing on the MoP Classic PTR to be available through this weekend.
