Day 12/30, the one I've been most excited to share! I made it with my friends Aoife and @neevok.bsky.social for the Dublin Animation Meetup's 5 day film jam.

As a really lazy vegetarian, Rukmini Iyer's Green Roasting Tin is the most useful cookbook I've ever gotten! There's a Harissa, Halloumi and Brussels Sprouts Bake in there that has me dying for Sprout season every year.
