Tbqh I generally do think its just inexperience most of the time. I remember being VERY CRINGE and clueless two decades ago, before I gained some manner of internet savvy and social awareness.
Anonymity, implicit acceptance due to venue, and a lack of worry.
It can also be frustration because they don't know where to put the energy/drive to play. Its not guaranteed but I assume people grow out of that kind of posting when they find actual workable outlets for the energy.
