This looks nice, I think it's immediately recognizable that the objects are bobbing on the surface of the water. as others have suggested, I would maybe try adding small, subtle ripples for a second or so after the objects hit the water.
I have 2 different style of this on a shirt in my shop. This will be available FOR A VERY LIMITED TIME because I want to test out the merch service I'm using. I will bring these back at a later date if all goes well.
