We want to share some important news about the future of Queen’s Court Games. As many of you have already seen, both Caito and Laura have decided to step away from the company. Their decisions reflect changing personal circumstances and real world obligations that made it difficult to continue our work together in the way we had hoped. After much reflection and internal discussion, we’ve made the difficult decision to scale down our operations. Moving forward, we will not be launching any new projects or partnerships under the Queen’s Court Games banner. This choice is ultimately about sustainability. The kind of work we strive to create—high-quality, narratively ambitious actual play—demands time, energy, and resources on a scale that’s no longer feasible for us to support as a company. Rather than overextend or compromise on quality, we’ve chosen to focus on what we can do well. The All Night Society and Road to Hell will continue. They remain the heart of our storytelling and the place where we feel we can still do our best work. We’re excited to keep bringing you new episodes and sharing these stories with the same care, depth, and ambition you’ve come to expect. Additional changes will be coming to Patreon as we evaluate what our supporters are most excited for, and our capacity to deliver different kinds of rewards. We’re proud of everything we’ve made, and we’re deeply grateful to all of you who’ve listened, shared, and supported us along the way. Additionally, we're grateful to those of you who've shared our tables, lending your passions and talents to the stories we’ve told together. Thank you for being part of this journey. We’re not done telling stories—we’re just doing it a little differently.
