Yeah precisely, I’ve seen installation works that are like… neat, but get blown out of the water by what’s out there on itch. There’s so many game devs who would be deserving of arts funding and a glamorous gallery spot and whatever, the disconnect is wild

I think I get which type of works you’re talking about and I will admit to feeling absolutely green with envy over that type of tech art work on account of the palpable privilege
