I am part of a private ob-gyn group. We provide medical and surgical termination services. The surgical terminations are done with either in office moderate sedation or nitrous oxide. This is how it should be everywhere. Ob-gyns need to step the hell up
This is why all general ob-gyn offices should offer medical and surgical pregnancy termination. Consolidating this service to an easily identifiable target limits access in this completely off the rails whackadoo country
