I like the idea of sharing or an event list, but boosting could be problematic just because as soon as you give a system numbers someone will find a way to manipulate it. But then as soon as you have a list, what determines what shows up at the top of the list.

I have dealt via family w/ extensive and numerous medical system interactions and it all comes down to the person (and in some cases the system). I've had some Med Pro's be the best I've ever see, breaking their own rules to help us. I've also seen people too tired/jaded/numb care about to us.

Oh, agreed...or the people making the choices are 10 layers removed from the impact of the choices, they just want 📈 and/or status/points against another rich person....it blew my mind when I found out how petty the reasoning was for some of the upper echelon choices/directions in some companies
That's always been my thought. You just have to think a couple of steps ahead and realize it doesn't go well.
