This is only on China-made products and no you are not forced, you have 2 options. For China-made products you can use duties paid, or you can use Chit Chat Canada Post Tracked which has the duties paid by the customer.

Yeah takes a while to build your communtity and lots of hashtags, but at least if we can get those networks to talk to each other we can still find each other wherever we hang out.
