Itβs intrusive, entirely unreliable, makes access for those who are not banned more difficult (Leo Puglisi being a well documented case in point), & is ineffective at removing those who are banned. About 4% reduction in 13-15yo across all platforms hardly even qualifies as a reduction.

The killing of schoolchildren should shock our conscience and cause us to recoil in horror.
A nation whose leaders can so easily shrug off the death of children, no matter the cause, is in need of moral repair.
There must be accountability and lessons learned from this tragedy. And we must never forget that Iranian children, too, are children of God.

Difficult to emphasize just how much a generation of kids has been taught that being dishonest, superficial, and narcissistic is the pathway to attention and therefore success

Just a reminder. North Vietnam was bombed by USA B52 for 10years, 1964 to 1974. Did NV collapse and unconditional surrender? No. NV became more resolute and smashed into US Embassy with their tanks in 1975

If were Iran, I'd be looking to shoot down that Australian 'Wedgetail' AWAC with long-range SAMs, to further widen the conflict and further degrade early warning radar coverage. I assume we think they have nothing capable. Could be right, or possibly not.

Now feels like a good time to remember that Big Oil is the reason why we're still hooked on dirty, dangerous fossil fuels.
The industry's lies have essentially stolen a generationβs worth of time that we could have used to transition to cleaner, safer energy sources.
Itβs time for accountability.

Trump's focus is not the Iran war.
Trump's focus is stealing the midterms to stay out of prison.
Netanyahu is the one handling the war as well as Hegseth.

Muslims traumatised after right-wing attack on community dinner
A Muslim community in Ballarat is left traumatised after a man barged into a community dinner allegedly throwing punches and yelling abuse.
"A 37-year-old man was interviewed by police at the scene and was then given a direction to move on."
It seems staggeringly unlikely if a Muslim came in throwing fists, threatening to kill people and shouting anti-semitic slogans at kids during Hannukah they'd be allowed to leave peacefully.

I propose a deal on behalf of the American people: we deliver our executive branch and congressional leaders to the Iranian government to stand trial for their crimes, and in exchange they reopen the Strait of Hormuz

Seven US Regime Change Wars, Ranked by Disastrousness
Trump has killed Iran's supreme leader and is demanding 'unconditional surrender.' But history tells us that US-led regime change efforts abroad almost never bring positive results.
"Many Americans seem to have forgotten just how catastrophic US regime change wars have been in the past. So, with the risk of history repeating itself once again, here is Zeteoβs list of seven of the USβs most disastrous attempts at regime change, ranked"

Perth average 91 unleaded fuel price for the last month, from the WA government's fuelwatch website www.fuelwatch.wa.gov.au.
The chart shows the price dramatically decending every week from a high on a Wednesday to a low the next Tuesday. Except the last week, where it's actually trending upward.
Probably time to buy fuel.
Perth has a very consistent weekly price cycle, reaching the cheapest every Tuesday.... so notice anything strange about the last week?
Plibersek might want to walk that back.

Chris Murphy: "I think it's likely the United States that carried out this attack on this school. I think it's unforgivable under any circumstances, but the fact this was one of our first targeting decisions speaks to the incompetence of our leadership at the Dept of Defense."
