This is just something a LOT of nondisabled people do not know until it impacts them, and disabled trans folks (like me, full disclosure) are often doubly erased from people’s minds and attention for these matters.b

Disabled trans folks & disabled folks in general (also major targets of the admin’s eugenics) are also widely unable to flee to most countries even if we had $ (we don’t):

Nations specifically bar disabled people like this bc we are seen as burdens instead of humans with the right to live & thrive.

it is very exhausting to have deeply personal connections to literally everything bad happening in u.s. news right now. especially when almost all of those connections have had some degree of people telling me it isn't that bad / i must be lying and then seeing no consequences occur.
