I know this is often referenced in unforgettable/tear-inducing scenes. (I haven't watched, just saying you are not alone!)

The US is at war and repression at home is going to get worse.
I'm old enough to remember during the Iraq war the FBI infiltrating quaker meetings and vegan potlucks and cracking down on anti-war groups and outspoken Muslim leaders.
The US surveillance state has grown exponentially since then.

Exactly my thought.
I was neutral to meh on him. What a jackass! Supporting art is good. Making it accessible is important! Why go be a main character about the classics? Ugh
I'm already sick of "It's all a distraction from Epstein" replies. This regime is killing innocent people because our leaders are all power-hungry tyrants and war profiteers. When you say it's "just a distraction" you minimize the gravity of what's happening and the lives lost.
Yeah I would not either. They are hard to tolerate.
Seems we lucked out in providers jumping right to infusion, bc that seems rare.
Also don't know when your last lab was, @kcmpls.bsky.social but I would reach out to them for follow up if they haven't indicated you need it.
15 is darn low. I hope you can get some answers to feel better. Kid was infused, then treated to stop periods. She's felt her regular level tired since, and the dizzy and scary sob / even looking super pale (which is our norm but it was different) have been so much better.
I won't say how common I'll leave that to the MD, but it happens often. My quote post is about my teen who had this exact situation.
Anyway this is my favorite thing to tell teen parents, especially with the symptom overlap.
My teen's story: Dizzy spells, heart palpitations, headaches, feeling winded from stairs, excessive napping in an endurance athlete. It was tricky bc she has a couple overlapping conditions, if they had done ferritin and found her level (7!) when it started she would've felt better sooner.
Stairs + much of club sandwich esp "let me ask you a question, how do you feel about frilly toothpicks? I'm for em!"
Under $20 might be Dosa. Aroma i think might get you over$20 on avg. I'm S metro and that is what comes to mind.
I was at a campaign event yesterday & a politician friend made this very important point to me: we can talk about all the different MN elections in Nov, but none of them is as close and crucial to fighting fascism than reelecting Keith Ellison
It was a year ago that protests began at the Tesla showroom just outside of Minneapolis (Golden Valley). The βTesla Takedownβ protests occurred worldwide after Elon Musk, who gave nazi salutes the month prior, took a major role in the new Trump Administration.

Play through the whistle, Minnesota!
He's on the grudge list for sure.
I believe there are already reported incidents like this that resulted in sexual assault (at least in other states) and there's no doubt in my mind it's happening here.
Imagine youβre 5 and youβre in kinder and itβs a normal day, you had breakfast with your family and they walked you to the bus stop and gave you big hugs and kisses and told you how much they love you and they canβt wait to see you after school.
Imagine you spend all day learning and thinking
Living in Minnesota right now feels like being in the emergency room. Literally everyone is suffering in different ways, even if it's "just" a badly twisted ankle rather than a kidney stone or a full-on heart attack. The staff are working as hard as they can but energy and resources are dwindling.
My initial post is not meant to be exclusive. Part of what pissed me off this morning is that there's queer romance authors and queer romance readers.
Anyway, happy month of bad romance takes.
I really hate u turns though Doug
You may not agree with the ideal! That's ok! But the limits of art should not be "ok that wouldn't be possible"
Or like... Joy is not a thing.
Your cynicism sucks.
Some people will post "look trauma and bad endings are all around us and women who read romance do not understand their world is not realistic"
And I would just like to say get fucked.
I never see this discourse about Jedis. Jesus Christ it's fiction. And sometimes that fiction can show an ideal.
And yes this is about that journalist
New York times on "Minnesota's grape salad"
It's 7 years (?) later and I just brought it up again.
Ok that's the last I saw, just all seemed silly in context
Minnesota Nice: actually being nice, but a little insular
Minnesota Nice: passive aggressive
Minnesota Nice: you said something incorrect and wrong about the state, its people, and now you are never going to not hear about it.
Remember the NYT? And that dish they said was the official dish?
And interpretation? It was a retro vibe, he handed a young kid a Grammy.
I'm also beside myself bc I haven't followed but his family is still being targeted??
Agree - retro vibe.
