Brave is very good if you need something Chrome based. It's built-in as blocking is solid. I just didn't like how it started pushing crypto stuff on the default landing page

+1 for Firefox and its derivatives. I'm on waterfox myself
Give me my one hour back!!
Who is this
Deconstructing my own pride has been very hard. A lot of it comes from toxic belief systems I was raised with, but at the end of the day, you are still responsible for yourself.
Thank you Rivvy. Your secrets are safe with the dots ;3
Happy Birthday @danellos.dog
Heβs a good dog and Iβve whispered lots of secrets into his cheek dots
It's snowing on my birthday :D
Used up all of my Southwest credits and points now for one more trip. Thus ends my loyalty to this airline.
Someone listed a Dell P1130 on Facebook marketplace and I got so excited until I saw that it's broken and being sold as a decor time π That was one of the best CRTs ever made...
This made me feel things.
I hate baseless conspiracy theories, you always need a flared base.
Retro computing can become an expensive hobby fast.
Sterjall sitting on a bristlecone pine branch against a backdrop of hazy mountains. His amber eyes look to the left, while his body faces right. His dark fur contrasts against the haze, his tail wraps subtly around a branch. He is holding Leif, his obsidian-bladed dagger, with the point down. Heβs wearing a blue tunic, a braided leather belt, leather pants, and a copper bracelet. The bristlecone pine has nearly no leaves, but still manages to look lively.

Had a relaxing evening playing Diablo 2 1.13 on my retro setup. What started as me just testing the game has now turned into a Fury Druid longplay <3
To all brats, scrungle your big foxes, and to all big foxes, punish them later.
had this idea bouncing around in my head and was sooo stoked to make it thru for a commission on a new ref π it turned out so cool, Kay did some really cool effects with the book pages idea that will be so cool for future characters too.

It seems compared to the previous few expansions, Midnight is a bit slower. So it is perhaps a matter of what people are used to and what expectations they had, which is definitely understandable if they haven't been around for as long or got used to a paradigm
Its kinda neat that CRTs were achieving these refresh rates in the late 90s. This is at a low resolution but its still cool.
Shep is doing a lot of meetings and juggling other work today but he's handling it well. Getting good sleep a few nights in a row helps a lot.
idk why the WoW community thinks levelling is slow in Midnight. You literally just press W on the campaign and the dings come. Maybe I am just TBC pilled.
I was wondering if it was an ISP issue but random sites and services seemed to be either down or barely working today while others were fine. It smelled like an AWS issue but none are reported
I wonder at this point how many businesses will grind to a halt the day Anthropic has an outage. It would probably be nearly comparable to us-east-1 sneezing.
It's weird playing games on my retro setup because I'm just there, the game and myself, old hardware, no friends list no pings no FOMO around group activities common in modern live service games. No steam/bnet popups either or metrics to show off. All that is offline... and it's bliss.
very good sit <3
The hole in the ozone layer was actually very serious and a global effort allowed it to recover. Y2K WAS actually a serious problem and people worked countless hours to make sure nobody even noticed. Air and water pollution was catastrophic in many places and incredible effort reversed that damage.
For me I moved my sleep schedule to a couple hours earlier, but what is also helping is doing low-cortisol activities before bed like playing old single player games on my retro PC. Also I recently confided in a friend over some personal stresses in my life and that felt like rocks off my shoulders
Past three days I've had very good sleep. 8-9 hours each night. This is something I could get used to!
Just the BBC these days.
By Pew Research's standards, the Millennial generation cuts off at 1996. That means after this year, there will be no more Millennials in their 20s.
