I usually try to think into things when dealing with FOMO, for example, going to MFF. I would try to think of the logistics of it, getting time off, getting to the con, getting a room, all that jazz. So I realize that instead of trying to go to a bunch of cons, for me 4 or 5 cons a year is enough.
