I love responding “it’s a winter city” to motorists who complain about ruts and windrows 🥰

Great news! Congrats on the extra space and savings!
If you are wondering how upzoning in Edmonton is going; when I moved into my place last year it was $1300 for a 1 bed. Now my landlord is offering a slightly larger unit for $1200. Its crazy! If I wasn't moving cities I'd be down there renegotiating my lease as we speak @growtogetheryeg.bsky.social
With all the residential density increase around there you think they’d have a more pedestrian/cyclist friendly design
I'm fairly certain that someone on Strava has notifications set up for when I upload a new activity. Of all the platforms to have notifications, Strava? Really?

(It is very windy here in Alberta today)
Holy crap it's windy #YEGbike
Central #YEG friends: Atlas Medical Clinic in Garneau is accepting new patients! Super convenient location, and the doc I saw was lovely.

This winter was pretty rough
The provincial government is imposing the largest property tax increase in Calgary’s history.
Calgarians are facing more than double the increase of Edmonton.
+$339 per home in Calgary.
+$154 in Edmonton.
Albertans deserve a system that is transparent, balanced, and fair.
Sick and tired - literally.
The math doesn't lie.
Danielle Smith spent $17 million on "Alberta is Calling" to recruit new residents. But spent $0 on the infrastructure to support them.
Now that the bills are due and the services are failing, she’s pointing the finger at the very people she invited.

I can’t believe it’s already been a year since I drained the hot water tank.
Police are looking for a grey or light blue SUV that was involved in a hit-and-run crash earlier this month. #yeg
Yay! I’ll send you a DM
There is a skunk living in Mill Creek Ravine north. I know because I smell it every time I ride by. We’ve also had them living beneath our front porch on occasion. Great pest control!
