I think it is so they can't get govt loans for schooling, appalling. A savvy business person or bank should provide loans at decent rates. My great-great grandfather started a bank in NYC in the late 1800s to loan to immigrants who could not get loans.

They will have some big bills to pay if/when their dog bites someone. My friend's daughter was bitten by an unvaccinated dog and owner had to pay thousands for her treatment. Also, can't license dog here in my town without vaccination proof

I grew up in Derby Line, love that library! We had an amazing relationship with our neighbors in Canada and our HS hockey team even used the arena in Stanstead. Surreal to see this!
