The Rohingyas, who have borne the worst of fragmented governance in India over the past few years have seen the systematic dismantling of even the limited "fragmented protections" that were once available.
Out earlier this year, the third paper from my PhD conceptualises “fragmented protection” as emerging from the context of fragmented refugee governance in India.
