Our electric school bus bill was continued to 2027 (keeping it alive), and other clean energy and affordability bills are still moving forward. 💪

A Major Win for Families and Climate: Repealing New York’s 100 Foot Rule  - Mothers Out Front After years of determined advocacy by Mothers Out Front members and our allies in the Renewable Heat Now campaign, New York State has officially repealed the outdated and harmful “100 Foot Rule.”

New York officially repealed the harmful “100 Foot Rule”! 🎉

With this change, families will no longer be forced to subsidize new gas hookups—helping lower energy costs and move New York toward cleaner, healthier heating.
