Not helix, but I've had multiple cartilage piercings done (I have 5 in one ear). They are a bitch to heal. 6 months MINIMUM.
Swimming is probably ok after 4-6 weeks. Hood maybe around the same time, but it will be sore so play it by ear (some pun intended).

Continues is pretty fun! Totally grabs the whole aesthetic of the original in so many ways! Like other than the change in actors, it really fits.
Phase II gets some of it but isn't quite there. Both are kind of fun, but Continues just works.
